Orders are processed within 3 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as it becomes available.

Shipping Time

Most orders arrive within:

  • United States: 5–15 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days (if applicable)

Shipping times may vary based on carrier delays, seasonal volume, or product availability. Orders placed through Facebook Shop or Instagram Shop are fulfilled through ferrellfinds.com and are subject to the same processing and shipping times listed above. 

We always strive for fast delivery, but we also believe your items should arrive carefully packaged and in great condition — never rushed or mishandled. Quality and accuracy come first.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Free or discounted shipping promotions may apply during special events.


Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear depending on the carrier.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Incorrect Address
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. Ferrell Finds is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
